Figure models protest in Paris

Dozens of Parisian life models stood nude in the freezing cold temperatures yesterday to protest the banning of the 'cornet' - a rolled piece of art paper passed around for tips in life drawing classes. The protesters, holding banners in the manner of Liberty in Delacoix's famous painting, called for better pay, proper contracts and more respect.
