Giovanni Cafagna
Head of Sales and Marketing

Giovanni joined Bridgeman in March 2008 bringing a wealth of experience from within the image library industry including eight years at Corbis. There, he was key in making the UK office first and the Italian office eventually, highly successful commercial operations. Of Italian and Greek parentage, he started his career in Milan as a television researcher and producer. Giovanni’s mission is helping to make Bridgeman an even greater global force to reckon with.

Jenny Page
Picture Research Manager. Australia & New Zealand.
With twenty years experience at Bridgeman, it is true to say that New Zealand born Jenny knows the archive better than anyone. As well as picture research upon request, Jenny’s role involves choosing new material for the library and a Sales remit that includes Scandinavia and Australia, Jenny, who has a degree in Art History, English and History, was a dealer in contemporary art for many years as well as working on the landmark facsimile of the Domesday Book for five years.

Annabel O’Connor Fenton
Marketing Manager
Annabel works with the sales team to promote new and existing imagery within the archive as well as updating the website with art related features and news. Graduating in History of Art, Annabel first gained experience in the syndication department at Conde Nast followed by two years as Licensing Manager at Rosenstiel’s and a syndication sales position at News International. After a period of freelance work at marketing agencies, Annabel joined Bridgeman in a marketing role over four years ago and has been key to the rebranding process.

Susana Cespedes
Account Manager: Bridgeman Agents

Susana works with Bridgeman’s network of agents throughout the world ensuring that our partners are quickly and effectively able to provide their clients with images from the Bridgeman collection.  With a degree in History of Art, Susana taught Art and Media studies in her native Spain, joining the library in 2005 after completing her Masters in Photography at Goldsmiths College, University of London.

Rob Lloyd
Key Account Manager

Rob joined Bridgeman in August 2009 bringing with him over six years’ experience working within the image and footage industry.  Graduating in Modern History and Film, and having spent four years in archive sales, he has more recently worked as a freelancer on television productions, music videos, stage and theatre audiovisuals and feature films. An awareness of ‘both sides of the fence’ gives him a valuable perspective of the challenging conditions and restraints that clients can be faced with.

John Moelwn-Hughes
Key Account Manager
John is the latest addition to the Bridgeman team, joining in September 2011, following seven years’ at Corbis, predominently looking after key book publishing accounts. Growing up in Cambridge, he studied film at the University of Kent and went on to complete an Art Foundation Course.  A keen supporter of the Welsh Rugby team, John is very much looking forward to getting stuck into his role at Bridgeman, using his expertise and valuable experience in helping to develop business for key publishing clients.

Elizabeth Lubienska
Account Manager for Eastern Europe

Polish born Elizabeth joined Bridgeman over 10 years ago. Responsible for signing up Polish collections for representation by Bridgeman, she has additionally been involved with the Bridgeman Art Copyright Service (BACS) signing up a number of renowned artists including Sir Sidney Nolan and Arthur Rackham. A fluent French speaker, Elizabeth is a coordinator in London for the Paris office and has more recently been involved in exploring new markets in Eastern Europe.

Laura Summerton
Account Manager - UK Business Development
Laura studied Modern History at the University of Oxford, spending part of her degree on an exchange programme at Princeton University. She then completed her studies with an MA in History of Art at UCL, writing her dissertation on Berlin Dada and humour. Laura started working at Bridgeman in October 2009 as Sales Assistant and is now, along with Victoria, Account Manager for UK business development.

Victoria Hogarth
Account Manager - UK Business Development
Victoria studied History of Art at Cambridge University and continued her studies with an MA at the Courtauld Institute of Art. Victoria started as Development Assistant at Bridgeman and was promoted to Account Manager in March 2008. Before working at Bridgeman she worked at an illustration agency and as an intern at TheTate.

Alessandro Conficoni
Account Manager- Europe, Middle East & Asia

Italian born Alessandro graduated in Conservation of Cultural Heritage and History of Art at the University of Bologna. Joining Bridgeman as an intern in July 2008 he became invaluable as part of the sales team assisting with enquiries and research for academics since January 2009. He is now responsible for account management for foreign territories excluding Eastern Europe, Scandanavia, Australia and countries covered by our offices in New York, Paris and Berlin.

Charlotte Heyman
Account Manager - UK Business Development
With a dual Swedish and British nationality, Charlotte grew up in France and completed her Master’s degree in History of Art at the Sorbonne in Paris. Before joining the Bridgeman Art Library in 2010, she gained experience working with art dealers and galleries in both Paris and London. Charlotte looks after a wide range of clients from The Royal Shakespeare Company and Channel 4 to self billing clients and academics.

Paola Fumagalli
Key Accounts Support

Italian born Paola graduated from the Accademia di Belle Art di Brera in Milan with a degree in Set Design. Before joining Bridgeman in 2008 she worked in Milan as an Account Manager for an advertising agency. Her extensive knowledge of the archive combined with a creative eye make her a valuable member of the Bridgeman team.
